Cleaning contracts are governed by a separate written scope or service agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed contract, the signed contract prevails for that engagement.

AfterFive Facility Care (“AfterFive”, “we”, “us”) provides after-hours commercial cleaning services across Melbourne metro, including office, medical centre (environmental/facility cleaning), strata/common-area, and commercial deep-cleaning projects.

2. Website use

• You must use this site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

• Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change after a walkthrough or if site conditions differ.

4. Services (general)

Unless a written contract says otherwise:

• Services are commercial facility cleaning. We do not provide clinical sterilisation of instruments or medical devices.
• After-hours timing depends on building access, alarms, inductions, and agreed windows.
• Key-holding, alarm procedures, and consumables are included only when specified in the written scope.
• Insurance and police-check details are confirmed per contract.

5. Intellectual property

Site content — including text, branding, logos, icons, and images — is owned by or licensed to AfterFive Facility Care. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission, except for fair dealing under Australian copyright law.

6. Third-party links

7. Disclaimer
